To address this, we offer a specialized Pelvic Health Workshop that forms an integral part of our comprehensive program. Our workshop is designed to cover critical topics including pelvic floor education, urinary incontinence management, and beneficial pelvic floor exercises.
The Pelvic Health Workshop is led by a Registered Physiotherapist, with specialized training and expertise in pelvic health. Learning from such a qualified professional ensures that participants receive accurate, relevant, and up-to-date information, while facilitating a safe space where anonymously submitted questions can be answered. During our Pelvic Health Workshop, seniors not only gain important knowledge but also receive guidance from a specialized healthcare professional, thereby ensuring they are well-equipped to manage their pelvic health.

Absolutely! Our Pelvic Health Workshop is designed with a universal approach to accommodate all seniors, regardless of their current understanding or condition of pelvic health. We understand that each individual may be at a different stage in their health journey and may have varying levels of awareness about pelvic health. Therefore, our workshop content is devised to be inclusive and comprehensive, catering to both beginners and those with advanced knowledge. Whether you are experiencing pelvic health issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain, or prolapse, or you are interested in preventative measures for maintaining good pelvic health, our workshop offers valuable insights and practical skills for everyone.
We prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for all participants. We understand that discussing personal health issues, particularly those related to pelvic health, can be sensitive for many individuals. To address this concern, we provide an option to submit anonymous questions before the workshop. Participants can submit their questions without disclosing their identity, ensuring they can seek the information they need while maintaining their privacy. Our healthcare professional, a Registered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, will answer these questions in the Q&A section or incorporate the topic during the workshop.
Learning doesn't stop when our workshop ends. We provide an overview of the workshop and resources for continued learning and reference after the workshop. These resources include detailed information on various aspects of pelvic health, practical tips for maintaining good pelvic health, and a series of recommended exercises. We believe these resources can act as a valuable tool, enabling participants to apply the knowledge and skills gained during the workshop in their daily lives. This way, they can continue to manage their pelvic health effectively and confidently.
