This workshop will be facilitated by a Registered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who will provide insights about the pelvic floor, urinary incontinence management, useful pelvic floor exercises, as well as overall bladder and bowel health maintenance. Participants can anonymously submit questions that the healthcare practitioner will address.
